Miso making video
Newly released video package to support your own miso making. It is comprised of the following :
- Video part 1 (20 min) – All about miso, explaining the basics of miso, its cultural background, current trend and FAQ
- Video part 2 (15 min) – Making miso, explains miso making in depth. I tried to make this as thorough, detailed and objective as possible so that everyone can make miso. If you find some piece of information missing, please let me know. I will incorporate it in the future release.
- TKF salt calculation sheet – A Excel spreadsheet which calculate the salt weight you need based on the salt % and weight of soybeans and koji. It also calculate the weight of salt you need to add to broth should you need it to adjust the texture of miso.
