かねてから心の中で温めていた、金澤みずえさんによる発酵レシピのオンライン講座、第一弾として酒粕レシピのクラスと味噌レシピのクラスの開催を下記の日程でご快諾いただきました。

9月29日(火) 2pm GMT

10月1日(木) 2pm GMT

各回、3種類のレシピを1時間程度でデモンストレーションを交えながらご紹介いただき、そして30分程度のQAセッションとのことです♡

みずえさんといえば、ロンドンをベースに、見て美しく、食べて美味しい、そして作り方もわかりやすいという、三拍子も四拍子も揃ったレシピを開発し、大人気を博すお教室の主催者。そのご経験は10年に及び、なんと教室開催回数も1000回を超えるという、ベテラン中のベテラン。そしてロックダウン中にもオンラインで多くのレシピを配信し、多くのご家族の幸せを下支えしてきました。我が家の勝負メシもその多くがみずえレシピです。ほんと、ありがたい。
今回の講座は録画されますので、当日ご都合のつかないかたも後にご視聴いただけます。
